How to exchange?
We have a team of professionals who QC all our products before shipping them to you. Despite of it, if you happen to receive a damaged product through transit, this is what you can do.
So, this is how it works.
- Returns are accepted only if the product received is in damaged condition.
- From the time our courier partner delivers the consignment, you have 48 hours to return the product.
- We accept returns and arrange for a replacement of the same product .
- If we don’t have a replacement for the product in our inventory, the amount will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days.

- The product should be unused and in original condition.
- The tags have to be intact.
- The brand box has to be retained for sending the product back to us.
- We request you to use the bubble wrap provided when packing, as the products are extremely delicate and would get further damaged in transit.
How to exchange?
- You can reach out to us on 97406 96364 via call / text / WhatsApp to initiate the process.
- You can also email us at support@odette.in with images of the products along with the packaging and tags to schedule a return pickup.
- Our support team will get in touch with you at the earliest to arrange for a reverse pick up.
- Keep the product packed, and the order number handy.
- Our courier partner will provide you with the tracking number for your return order.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, after a quality check, you will be contacted by our team.
- Once we dispatch the replacement product, you will be updated with the new tracking number for your reference.
- To cancel an order, please mail us at support@odette.in with the order number within 24 hours of the order placement.
