Have to exchange something? Stop worrying!

Enjoy shopping @ Odette! Our professionals make sure that your product is Quality checked before it reaches you on time. If you receive the product damaged accidentally during transit, you can Exchange keeping in mind the following points.
This is how it works:

• Exchange is possible only when the product received is damaged. Kindly inform us within 24 hours.
• We can arrange the same product as replacement; this is subject to inventory availability at that point of time.
• If we don’t have the product available, please feel free to exchange to any product of your choice.
• To facilitate exchange, our courier partner will pick the product from you. Kindly keep the product well-packed to avoid transit damage back to the warehouse.
• Once received intact at the warehouse, we will ship out the exchange product.
• Please note that due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are not accepting exchange requests for masks and mask chains. Our collection of masks have been developed keeping the current COVID-19 situation and we deeply regret the inconvenience.

Do we offer a refund?

Unfortunately NO. We are working on the same.

A few things to keep in mind before you apply for a exchange.

• The product should be unused and in original condition.
• The tags have to be intact.
• The brand box has to be retained for sending the product back to us.
• We request you to use the bubble wrap provided when packing, as the products are extremely delicate and would get further damaged in transit.

How to exchange?

• You can reach out to us on 72044 55312 via call / text / WhatsApp to initiate the process.
• You can also email us at support@odette.in with images of the products along with the packaging and tags to schedule a return pickup.
• Our support team will get in touch with you at the earliest to arrange for a reverse pick up.
• Keep the product packed, and the order number handy.
• Our courier partner will provide you with the tracking number for your return order.
• Once the product reaches our warehouse, after a quality check, you will be contacted by our team.
• Once we dispatch the replacement product, you will be updated with the new tracking number for your reference.
• To cancel an order, please mail us at support@odette.in with the order number within 24 hours of the order placement.
