This Gold Coin Contest (hereinafter to be referred as Contest) is open for participation to all Odette.in customers that are citizens of India and residing in cities where Odette.in operates as per Terms & Conditions mentioned on odette.in
Participants in the Contest (“Participants”) should have completed 18 years of age to be eligible to participate in the Contest.
The participation is voluntary, and purchase is mandatory for participating in the Contest and Participant agrees that mere participation in the Contest does not entitle Participant to the Prize.
The term of the Contest shall be 30th OCT 2020 to 5th NOV 2020.
Participation in the Contest is subject to successful delivery of the orders with coupon code ”GOLD” that are received by Odette.in during the term of the Contest.
The Winners shall be chosen by Odette.in on a random basis through a lucky draw and declared on 06thNOV 2020. The decision of Odette.in is final and binding on all the Participants.
Prize: 2 lucky winners shall be entitled to receive 1 gold coin of 1 gram each. No cash or other reimbursements will be given to the winners.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-saleable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or any other compensation. Participant shall bear the applicable taxes with respect to the Prize, if any.
Participant affirms the accuracy of all information provided at the time of Lucky Draw entry. Any misrepresentation of any facts or particulars (deemed material by Odette.in) shall result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won.
Odette.in decision on selecting the winner(s) is final and binding on all. Odette.in decision at all stages of the Contest is final. No enquiries, correspondence, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
Acceptance of the Prize by the Winners constitutes unqualified permission for Odette.in to unrestricted use to the Winner’s name, photograph, audio-visual video, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide including, without limitation, in Odette.in’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and to promote the contest or otherwise without further notification, remuneration, compensation or any monetary & non-monetary emoluments and the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely with Odette.in without paying any consideration whatsoever to the Winners.
To the extent permitted by law, Odette.in and/or its management makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any Prize. Odette.in shall not be responsible for any defect in the Prize.
Participants shall not, without the prior written approval of Odette.in, speak to the press or any other media nor give any interviews or comments relating to the Lucky Draw.
Odette.in’s partners and/or sponsors for the Contest (if applicable) shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury, death, any happening beyond Odette.in’s control in connection with the Contest.
The Winners shall be intimated over the phone. Odette.in shall call the Winners only once on the registered number and if there is no response after three (3) calls made by Odette.in, within twenty-four (24) hours from the first call on the said number the Prize shall be given to the next Winner chosen by lucky draw and the Prize shall be couriered to the Winner on the registered address with Odette.in. Odette.in shall not be responsible to replace any Prize that is lost in transit/damaged/tampered with.
The Contest is not open for participation to the employees of Odette.in and their close relatives.
Winners are required to provide their full particulars, including their full Passport/Permanent Account Number (PAN) / Aadhaar number/ Identification number for the purpose of verification & audit. All prizes which are not won or remain unclaimed after two (2) months of the announcement of the winners will be forfeited.
All disputes with relation to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at the registered office of Odette.in.
Odette.in reserves the right to discontinue the Contest at any time and/or change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this Contest at any time without prior notice/intimation or giving any reason and it is the sole responsibility of the Participants to keep themselves up to date about any such change. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, these all terms are in addition to and not in derogation to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available at Odette.in.com from time to time or any other terms thereof. Non-compliance with or breach of any of Terms & Conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Contest, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
Any differences or dispute arising out of this contest shall be subject to the decision of company and decision of company shall be final and binding on all.
