You can exchange keeping in mind the following points.
This is how it works:
- In order to place your exchange request, please visit- https://odetstyle.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime
- Exchange is possible if the product is not liked by you. Kindly inform us within 24 hours
- We can arrange the same product as replacement; this is subject to inventory availability at that point of time.
- If we don’t have the product available, please feel free to exchange to any product of your choice.
- To facilitate exchange, our courier partner will pick the product from you. Kindly keep the product well-packed to avoid transit damage back to the warehouse.
- Once received intact at the warehouse, we will ship out the exchange product.
- Please note that due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are not accepting exchange requests for masks and mask chains. Our collection of masks has been developed keeping the current COVID-19 situation and we deeply regret the inconvenience.

A few things to keep in mind before you apply for an exchange.
- The product should be unused and in original condition.
- The tags have to be intact.
- The brand box has to be retained for sending the product back to us.
- We request you to use the bubble wrap provided when packing, as the products are extremely delicate and would get further damaged in transit.
How to exchange?

- Our support team will get in touch with you at the earliest to arrange for a reverse pick up.
- Keep the product packed, and the order number handy.
- Our courier partner will provide you with the tracking number for your return order.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, after a quality check, you will be contacted by our team.
- Once we dispatch the replacement product, you will be updated with the new tracking number for your reference.
