Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, kindly reach out to our team at 8861353559.

Condition of the Product
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original, unused and undamaged condition, with all pieces and accessories intact.

We will be unable to process an exchange if the returned product is received damaged, incomplete, or if an incorrect product is returned to us.

Original Odette Tag
The Odette tag must remain securely attached and undamaged. Products with removed, altered or damaged tags will not be eligible for exchange.

Proof of Handover
For your assurance, we recommend taking a clear photograph of the product while handing it over to the delivery partner and retaining it until your exchange has been completed.

Exchange Processing
Once your returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully completes the quality check, the exchange will be processed within 24 hours.

Exclusions
For hygiene and product-specific considerations, exchanges are not available on resin clutches and lingerie items.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within the applicable exchange window.

An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for us to review and process claims related to damaged or incorrectly received products. The video should clearly capture the package being opened and the condition of the product upon receipt.

 

REFUND POLICY

Approved refunds are issued exclusively in the form of Odette Store Credits, allowing you the flexibility to select something else you love from our collection.

Your Store Credit will be equivalent to the amount paid for the eligible order/product and can be redeemed against a product of your choice.

Store Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
