We at Odette, know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Policies for International Shipping
1. Are all orders eligible for International Shipping?
Owing to logistics, only Pre-Paid orders are eligible for international shipping world-wide.
2. When can I expect my order?
The standard delivery time for any product is one week. Our carriers operation and deliver during standard business hours. You will be notified of your delivery schedule. We suggest you to make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package as some delivery partners may require a signature on receipt. Please be advised that the Delivery partners do not make deliveries on some/all of the public holiday dates depending on the country you live in. In such case, the product is expected to be delivered on the next business day.
3. What are the Shipping Charges applicable to the country I live at?
The shipping charges differ from each country to the other. For convenience and to rule out confusions on the same, the shipping amount applicable to your country is automatically added to your final invoice amount while you check-out. Only extra amount payable, if any, is towards your custom clearance to be done at your end.
4. How can we track our orders?
As we ship the order, you will receive the tracking details on your Email. Click the link on the mail to track the order. In-case tracking is not visible due to any reason, contact our Customer Care Representative at +91-720-445-5312 to track your order. They will track the journey of your product to you.
5. How much do I pay for custom charges?
The custom charges vary from country to country, so do the formalities. Custom clearance is taken care of by the customer as per their country’s requirements.
6. Anything the customer needs to be prepared with?
Before the package is shipped to your country, some delivery partners may contact you by SMS or Email regarding your ID and Import/ Custom Clearance Charges. Please do the needful.
