Product Description:
- This lovely pair of intricately designed earrings comes in gold and black hues. The top of the design is a gold circle with gold lined small hearts holding oval and round small pearl-coloured stones in between. This flows into a gold horse shoe pattern splattered with tiny round and oval pearl-coloured stones in them. The outer frame is lined with small gold lined hearts which have thin gold rings with black rhinestones. The end of the earring has 3 distinct pearl-coloured small globes lined with black motifs on the top half of the pearl and the tip hangs down with thin pearl strands with blacks.

This is how it works:
- Exchange is possible only when the product received is damaged. Kindly inform us within 24 hours.
- We can arrange the same product as replacement; this is subject to inventory availability at that point of time.
- If we don’t have the product available, please feel free to exchange to any product of your choice.
- To facilitate exchange, our courier partner will pick the product from you. Kindly keep the product well-packed to avoid transit damage back to the warehouse.
- Once received intact at the warehouse, we will ship out the exchange product.

- The product should be unused and in original condition.
- The tags have to be intact.
- The brand box has to be retained for sending the product back to us.
- We request you to use the bubble wrap provided when packing, as the products are extremely delicate and would get further damaged in transit.

- You can also email us at support@odette.in with images of the products along with the packaging and tags to schedule a return pickup.
- Our support team will get in touch with you at the earliest to arrange for a reverse pick up.
- Keep the product packed, and the order number handy.
- Our courier partner will provide you with the tracking number for your return order.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, after a quality check, you will be contacted by our team.
- Once we dispatch the replacement product, you will be updated with the new tracking number for your reference.
- To cancel an order, please mail us at support@odette.in with the order number within 24 hours of the order placement.
